Refund policy

  • Due to the nature of our perishable products, we do not accept returns. on baked goods
  • Nonperishable products can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, minus 25% restocking fee.
Damaged shipment:
  • If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hrs. of delivery with photos of exterior of box, interior of box and damaged items. If the damage is caused by us we will make it right. If damage is caused by carrier, you will need to file a claim with the carrier (UPS or USPS)
